Developing Semantic Web Services is "well-informed about work on WS Web Services] and the SemWeb Semantic Web], and in particular . . . understand s] OWL-S . . . very well . . .. Also, the book . . . fill s] a need that, to my knowledge, hasn't been met at all." ---David Martin, editor OWL-S Coalition The inventor of the World Wide Web, Tim Berners-Lee, is also the originator of the next generation Web architecture, the Semantic Web. Currently, his World Wide Web consortium (W3C) team works to develop, extend, and standardize the Web's markup languages and tools. The objective of the Semantic Web Architecture is to provide a knowledge representation of linked data in order to allow machine processing on a global scale. The W3C has developed a new generation of open standard markup languages which are now poised to unleash the power, flexibility, and above all---logic---of the next generation Web, as well as open the door to the next generation of Web Services. There are many ways in which the two areas of Web Services and the Semantic Web could interact to lead to the further development of Semantic Web Services. Berners-Lee has suggested that both of these technologies would benefit from integration that would combine the Semantic Web's meaningful content with Web Services' business logic. Areas such as UDDI and WSDL are ideally suited to be implemented using Semantic Web technology. In addition, SOAP could use RDF payloads, remote RDF query and updates, and interact with Semantic Web business rules engines, thereby laying the foundation for Semantic Web Services. This book presents the complete Language Pyramid of Web markup languages, including Resource Description Framework (RDF), Web Ontology Language (OWL) and OWL-Services (OWL-S) along with examples and software demos. The source code for the "Semantic Web Author," an Integrated Development Environment for Semantic Markup Languages is available on CD-ROM with the book., Developing Semantic Web Services is "well-informed about work on WS [Web Services] and the SemWeb [Semantic Web], and in particular . . . understand[s] OWL-S . . . very well . . .. Hirsh Sawhney is an incandescent voice in fiction." -- Laila Lalami , author of The Moor''s Account "It''s no secret that grief makes us vulnerable, but Hirsh Sawhney''s perceptively rendered South Haven presents a volatile mix of second-generation migration, sadness, and cruelty in suburban America.Karan Mahajan writes brilliantly about the effects of terrorism on victims and perpetrators, proving himself to be one of the most provocative and dynamic novelists of his generation.", For readers of Mohsin Hamid, Dave Eggers, Arundhati Roy, and Teju Cole, The Association of Small Bombs is an expansive and deeply humane novel that is at once groundbreaking in its empathy, dazzling in its acuity, and ambitious in scope When brothers Tushar and Nakul Khurana, two Delhi schoolboys, pick up their family's television set at a repair shop with their friend Mansoor Ahmed one day in 1996, disaster strikes without warning. My hope is that everyone everywhere will realize the transforming effects of a lifelong commitment to health and fitness.Later, irreconcilable differences between Freud, his followers and Ferenzi meant that many of his writings were withheld from translation or otherwise stifled, and he was accused of being mentally ill and shunned. Our concern over factory farms and chemically grown crops might have sparked a social movement, but chef Dan Barber reveals that even the most enlightened eating of today is ultimately detrimental to the environment and to individual health.Bush, from the Puritans to the present, from the colonial wars to the Cold War, religion has been one of America s most powerful sources of ideas about the wider world. Each letter blossoms as a hand-drawn flower and a sputtering drone of spits and pith. This approach allows this much-needed book to capture the views of all key decision making stake-holders involved in the 5G definition process, and to serve readers in their roles connected with wireless communication's next generation of prroducts and services., This book describes insufficiencies and challenges of 4G in the light of impending and crucial future communication needs, details lessons learned from an implementation and system operation background, and illustrates the way towards the next generation - 5G.Among other historical and scholarly contributions, this book demonstrates the direct link between Ferenczi s pioneering work and subsequent psychoanalytic innovations. It now belonged to the government, and as Harding began to inquire about whether the house could be saved, he unearthed secrets that had lain hidden for decades.
